Terms of the contract of carriage

It is strictly prohibited to transport prohibited items, including counterfeit goods and any infringing items. Violators will be punished by the authorities and their household registration will be immediately terminated.

The shipper or you and our company, as carriers, must acknowledge the following terms as mutually binding and legally binding agreement conditions. You accept and comply with the terms of this contract from the moment you pay the shipping fee.

1、 Responsibilities and commitments of shipper and carrier:

1. The shipper or your authorized agent guarantees that the items entrusted for shipment comply with national laws and are acceptable to the transportation department, and do not violate the carrier's will. Our company, as the carrier, refuses to carry the following items:

1) Flammable, perishable, toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive, and radioactive hazardous materials;

2) Drug or drug-related equipment;

3) Books, photographs, sculptures or utensils that impede weathering;

4) Items that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights;

5) Currency, value-added tax invoices, other tax invoices or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals;

6) Food, live animals, plants or seeds;

7) Letters with communicative nature;

8) Electronic products;

9) All powders, liquids, and CDs;

10) Non genuine/counterfeit goods; If the customer sends non genuine or counterfeit goods, regardless of whether the goods are lost or not, our company will not make any compensation;

11) Goods with surplus orders in foreign trade;

12) Suspected to be non genuine products of the brand. If it is a genuine product, but the price is unreasonably low;

13) Items subject to import control by Hong Kong Customs and embargo by Macau Customs, such as food or traditional Chinese medicine;

14) Goods that do not comply with Hong Kong laws, the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and other administrative regulations, departmental rules, and mandatory national standards;

15) Goods that require refrigeration.

2. The shipper or you undertake that our company has the right to waive or refuse to accept items that are not suitable for express transportation, intentionally or unintentionally conceal the true name and value of the items, and items that are expressly prohibited by national laws from being carried, mailed, or transported. Once violated, the shipper or you are willing to bear all legal and economic compensation responsibilities arising therefrom.

3. The shipper or you and your authorized agent guarantee to accept and pay the freight rates and related storage, return, and transit fees announced by our company.

4. If any liquid or solid spills, seeps, or leaks from your goods, or if other goods are contaminated or damaged due to improper packaging or the goods themselves, our company has the right to pursue all legal and economic compensation responsibilities from the shipper or you.

5. Our company refuses to accept goods that are cash on delivery.

6. The consolidated cat warehouse only accepts and processes one waybill number and one packaged item (which may include multiple items from the store). If the seller provides a waybill number but sends out two or more packaged goods, the consolidation cat warehouse will reject the relevant goods or sign for them. If there are any losses, our company will not be liable for any compensation.

7. Once the goods are signed for at the Dongguan warehouse, if they need to be returned or forwarded to other parts of China, they must be applied for return in the Taobao personal account, and the fee will be based on the displayed fee.

8. If the goods are not delivered to the Dongguan transit station address, the customer shall bear the delivery fee incurred.

9. The consolidated cat warehouse will never sign for any goods in the form of cash on delivery.

10. The consolidated cat warehouse will never sign any goods sent by ordinary mail without proof of receipt or tracking.

11. The consolidated cat warehouse only accepts and processes goods from one customer within one waybill number issued by a store.

12. If any loss, omission or change in transportation fees occurs due to the following circumstances, the consolidation cat will not be responsible:

Scenario 1: The seller issues a waybill number, but the packaging contains goods from two or more customers, resulting in some customers not being able to claim other goods.

***The customer must contact the seller to ensure that the waybill number used by the seller when shipping is only for the customer's goods***

Scenario 2: (Customer purchases two or more goods) The seller only provides the customer with one waybill number, but in reality, the seller separates the customer's goods into two or more waybill numbers, resulting in the customer not being able to claim the other goods.

***The customer is responsible for contacting the seller and obtaining other correct waybill numbers for claiming***

Scenario 3: If the seller provides an incorrect waybill number, resulting in the correct waybill number exceeding the 90 day free storage period. And was charged storage fees.

***The customer is responsible for contacting the seller to obtain the correct waybill number for claiming and negotiating storage fees with the seller***

13. Due to the time required for inputting cargo information, it is recommended that customers log in to the consolidated cat warehouse one working day after the goods arrive to claim them.

17. Customers must log in to the consolidated shipping cat warehouse within 90 days from the day the goods are sent to the consolidated shipping cat warehouse to claim and select the consolidated express service. Otherwise, a daily storage fee of ¥ 1 (RMB) will be charged for each waybill number starting from the 91st day.

18. The shipment must be sent out within 90 days of arrival at the logistics transfer station, otherwise it will be treated as scrap and handled by our company. The owner has no objections.

Orders that have been successfully formed but have not been paid or arranged for shipment for more than one month will be automatically cancelled, and the shipment of the order will be considered abandoned.

20. If the initial or subsequent weight is less than 1 kilogram (KG), it will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG).

***Example 1: The total weight of all goods is 0.99 kilograms (KG), and the order will be calculated based on 1 kilogram (KG)***

***Example 2: The total weight of all goods is 1.01 kilograms (KG), and the order will be calculated based on 2 kilograms (KG)***

21. The size of a single shipment signed for by the consolidation cat warehouse cannot exceed 3.5 meters on one side. If it exceeds the limit, the consolidation cat logistics transfer station reserves the right to refuse processing.

22. The unit of weight calculation is kilograms (KG), with an accuracy of 0.1 kg and a minimum of 0.5 kg.

23. Once the order is confirmed (regardless of whether it is under review or already confirmed), cancellation of the order, addition of goods to the order, or change to other logistics services will not be provided.

24. If the waybill number has been selected for single item express delivery service, the waybill number cannot be changed and switched to combined express delivery service.

The receiving time of the consolidated cat warehouse is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day, and the cut-off time is from 2:00 pm on Monday to Saturday and 1:00 pm on Sunday

Due to the fact that transportation companies in Hong Kong are closed on Sundays or public holidays, shipments from the consolidated cat warehouse will be suspended during public holidays. Any changes will be subject to our company's announcement.

Logistics companies will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.

We will compare the actual weight and volumetric weight of all shipments, and calculate the shipping cost based on the heavier one. Volume weight is a calculation method that reflects the density of a package.

28. Customers must truthfully declare the express delivery method, address nature (commercial area, non-commercial area, self pickup point), and pay the shipping fee, otherwise the shipment will not be made; Our company has the right to recover the underpaid shipping and administrative fees of $500.

29. If there is any objection to the freight, our company reserves the right of final decision.

30. The company has the right to terminate any services provided to customers at any time without prior notice.

2、 The right to know about the transported goods:

1. The company has the right to know the nature, name, quantity, and weight of the transported goods, in order to assist relevant government and transportation departments in inspecting or investigating the transported goods.

2. Items entrusted for shipment by consolidation cats will be randomly sampled for investigation. If it is found that the item does not meet the requirements of the "terms of the contract of carriage", our company will refuse to carry it.

3. Our staff have the right to inspect the goods. Only after confirming that there are no prohibited items in the goods, can you and your authorized agent collect them.

3、 The right of retention of the transported goods:

1. If the shipper or you and your authorized agent fail to pay the payable freight and related fees as stipulated in the carrier contract, the carrier has the right to retain the transported goods and reserve the right to claim compensation from the shipper or you and your authorized agent without obtaining effective guarantee, and shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.

2. The shipment must be sent out within 90 days of arrival at the logistics transfer station, otherwise it will be treated as scrap and handled by our company. The owner has no objections.

4、 Disclaimer:

1. Our company is not responsible for any delay, loss, destruction or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure, such as war, riots, severe weather, flight delays, plane crashes, typhoons, fires, floods, major traffic accidents, natural or man-made serious disasters, and various situations beyond our control or confiscation caused by the shipper or you.

2. The company shall not be liable for any indirect or non essential losses caused by delays or losses in the transportation of goods.

3. Our company is not responsible for any delays, errors, or losses in the transportation of goods caused by the following reasons:

1) Due to reasons caused by the shipper or you, such as incorrect or incomplete address information, and incorrect phone numbers; Change of recipient address or inability to deliver to the designated area.

2) Due to the shipper or the items entrusted by you violating relevant national policies and laws, such as flammable, explosive, easily polluting, corrosive, toxic powders, water agents, and other dangerous goods.

3) All kinds of losses caused by the shipper or you without declaration and improper packaging.

4. As our logistics services are based on the packaging of the goods received and combined before shipment, if the goods are not properly packaged, do not meet the requirements for safe transportation, or if special substances (such as important items, easily damaged items, etc.) are marked to our company, the shipper or you are responsible for the damage and any resulting liabilities.

5. In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, except for conducting inspections of the transported goods as required by government departments and transportation departments or conducting regular random sampling surveys by our company, our domestic logistics transfer stations will not open the packaging of the goods for members to conduct quantity checks or quality inspections when customers sign for them. Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the quantity, nature, or characteristics of the items.

6. If the goods are delayed in customs clearance or confiscated by customs, our company will not refund the shipping fee and will not bear any related losses.

5、 Lost item handling:

If a shipment is lost, please contact customer service for verification. If it is confirmed that the shipment was lost due to logistics issues, the maximum compensation amount will be three times the shipping cost.

2. The coverage only includes the consolidation cat warehouse (i.e. consolidation cat warehouse address) to the designated address in Hong Kong/Hong Kong consolidation cat self pickup point.

3. Excluding domestic shipments to the consolidated cat warehouse (i.e. consolidated cat warehouse address).

4. Hong Kong consolidation cats must apply for pickup at the pickup point at the time of pickup. If they sign for and leave the pickup point, they will be deemed to have received all the items on the list. Any subsequent application will not be accepted.

5. If the above situation is not met, please contact customer service. After review, our company will decide whether compensation is required, with a maximum compensation limit of RMB 1000.

Due to the fact that the legal liability borne by consolidated cats cannot exceed the compensation limit. Therefore, if customers need more protection for their shipped items, they should purchase relevant insurance for the shipped items at their own expense.

6. Any claim must be submitted to customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

7. If the declaration is made after the deadline, the company will consider it as having completed the transportation according to regulations and will no longer accept it.

8 . After the lost goods are found at the port, our company will arrange for reshipment. The found goods are not within the scope of compensation and will not be compensated.

Insurance services:

(1) Failure to purchase insurance will result in compensation of three times the shipping cost for lost individual items. (Not covered for cargo damage)

(2) Collect an insurance premium of 1% of the declared value and compensate for 5 times the shipping cost of a lost item. (Not covered for cargo damage)

(3) Collect a 3% insurance premium on the declared value and compensate for the full declared value of lost goods. (Not covered for cargo damage)

Attention: 1. The damage to the goods is caused by incomplete packaging and is therefore not covered by the warranty. Please ensure proper packaging and protection of the goods. If necessary, please contact customer service to arrange for the reinforcement of the wooden frame (at a cost of the wooden frame).

9. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.

6、 Damage handling:

1. Customers have an obligation to have good communication with sellers to ensure that the goods they transport have sufficient durability support, strong toughness, and sufficient thickness

Outlying Islands Area (including Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shek Pik, Ngong Ping, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Tam Man Chau, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Fruit Island, Sok Kwu Islands, Kwai Tsing, Lung Kwu Chau, etc. on Lantau Island)

Post office boxes, central mailboxes, bank mailboxes, and floor parcels (floor parcels are also not delivered by EMS);

Buildings without elevators require pickup downstairs (subject to change without prior notice)
