The goods purchased in China must comply with the laws and regulations of the country and be allowed to be imported by the state. The relevant laws and regulations are as follows:

The "List of Prohibited Entry and Exit Items of the People's Republic of China" and the "List of Restricted Entry and Exit Items of the People's Republic of China" are now released and will come into effect on March 1, 1993. The Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China on Issuing the Environmental Table for Prohibiting and Restricting the Entry and Exit of Waste Articles, issued by our office on January 1, 1987, shall be terminated simultaneously.

List of Prohibited Entry and Exit Items

1、 Prohibited entry items

1. Various weapons, simulation weapons, explosions, and explosive materials;

2. Tomorrow's tomorrow and tomorrow's securities;

3. Printing materials, films, photos, records, videos, audio tapes, video tapes, laser discs, computer media storage, and other items related to Chinese politics, economy, culture, and drug susceptibility;

4. Various potent poisons;

5. Opium, opium, heroin, marijuana, and other addictive drugs and psychotropic substances;

6. Animals, plants, and their products containing dangerous pathogens, pests, and other harmful organisms;

7. Foods, viruses, or other items that are harmful to human and animal health, come from suburban areas, and can spread diseases.

2、 Prohibited outbound items

1. All items prohibited from entering the area;

2. Manuscripts, printed materials, films, photographs, records, videos, audio tapes, video tapes, laser discs, computer storage, and other items related to state secrets;

3. Exemption from items and other prohibited cultural and sports activities from leaving the country;

4. Endangered and external, plants (including plants) and their derivatives and external materials.

Lists of Articles Which are Limited to be Entered or Brought out of Territories as Stipulated by the People's Republic of China

I. Restricted entry items

1. Wireless transceiver, communication security device;

2. Smoke and alcohol;

3. Critical and external factors, plants (including plants) and their derivatives and external materials;

4. National currency;

5. Other items restricted by customs from entering the country.

2、 Restricted outbound items

1. Gold, silver, and other precious commodities and their works;

2. National currency;

3. Foreign currency and its securities;

4. Wireless transceiver, communication security device;

5. Valuable traditional Chinese medicinal herbs;

6. General cultural relics;

7. Other items exported by customs.
