Rules for package transfer, signing and inspection:

1. When signing for a package, if it is found that the outer packaging is severely damaged or does not meet the receiving requirements, it will be directly rejected or returned.

2. If your package meets the signing requirements, the warehouse will open all packages for prohibited items inspection after receiving them, and then weigh and store them.

3. If we find that your goods do not meet the requirements for transportation and air transportation, we will make special markings on the relevant orders to remind you to negotiate a return.

4. If you have not seen the receiving information of the warehouse within a reasonable domestic transportation time (our warehouse address is in Shenzhen, and the usual domestic shipping cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your domestic logistics company or website customer service personnel to confirm the status of the goods.

Inspection and Verification "and Storage Instructions

1. Selecting 'Inspection and Verification' will verify and inspect the quantity, color, size, and other information of the goods. After the inspection is completed, the original express box will be removed and the goods will be packaged in a self sealing bag with a consolidation cat for storage. (Fragile and easily damaged, express boxes serve as packaging boxes for goods, and oversized items are discarded and kept in their original boxes. The specific situation is subject to actual operation)

matters needing attention:

a、  Color difference, size error, and usage effect are not within the scope of inspection;

b、  The quality, model, and spare parts of specialized products such as electrical appliances, digital products, and peripheral products are not within the scope of inspection;

c. For "CD" and "handmade" products, the inspection standard for these products is not to open the plastic sealed bag for inspection. Only the appearance can be inspected for damage, and the details of the internal components cannot be verified specifically;

2. If "Inspection and Verification" is not selected, only prohibited items will be checked and the original box will be kept in storage (except for special circumstances such as damaged original boxes). Specific checks on the quantity, color, size, etc. of the goods will not be made. If there are problems such as shortage or color mismatch of the goods, 123buy will not be held responsible.

Compensation standard for package transfer:

We will not compensate for any loss, shortage, damage, or delay of mail during the delivery process due to reasons beyond our company's control. We are not liable for compensation for indirect losses and unrealized benefits. Please refer to the package compensation standard for details

The following situations are not liable for compensation

1. Due to force majeure (excluding insured mail).

2. Items that violate the prohibition or restriction of mailing shall be confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. When submitting, the email package should be intact without any signs of tampering, and the weight should not be reduced, but the contents should be short or damaged.

4. The recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures.

5. Mail loss or delay caused by the customer's responsibility or the nature of the item being shipped.

6. If the customer fails to inquire and claim compensation from the date of self delivery of the email until the expiration of the inquiry period.

7. International mail is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the recipient country in accordance with its domestic laws and regulations.

Prohibited items

Items prohibited from mailing by mail

1. Items prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;

2. Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, and toxic hazardous materials;

3. Reactionary newspapers, books, windows, or obscene materials;

4. Various currencies;

5. Items that pose a threat to public health;

6. Perishable items;

7. Live animals (excluding bees, silkworms, and leeches whose packaging ensures the safety of delivery and staff);

8. Items with improper packaging that may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment;

9. Other items that are not suitable for mailing conditions.

Postal customs prohibit mailing

1. The nature of the item or its packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or contaminating mail or postal equipment.

2. Metal buckles and other items with sharp edges that may interfere with mail handling are used for sealing.

3. Various firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, flammable materials, perishable materials, radioactive elements and containers, strong poisons, anesthetics, biochemical products, and infectious materials.

4. Various publications, propaganda materials, printed materials, etc. that pose a threat to social security and stability, as well as are obscene.

5. Various items that pose a threat to public health.

6. The other party prohibits the entry or circulation of stalls or items.

7. In addition to the general regulations mentioned above, relevant regulations of the customs department should also be followed.

Postal regulations in Taiwan prohibit mailing

1. The nature of the item or its packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or contaminating mail or postal equipment.

2. Metal buckles and other items with sharp edges that may interfere with mail handling are used for sealing.

3. Flammable, explosive or other hazardous materials. However, if the filing agency packages perishable biological materials for mutual shipment in a special way and obtains a transportation certificate from the relevant competent department, they are not subject to this restriction.

4. Living animals. But bees, silkworms, leeches, parasites sent to each other by registration agencies, or insects used to eliminate pests are not subject to this restriction.

5. Radioactive materials.

6. Opium, morphine, and other anesthetics. However, for items that have been issued transportation certificates by relevant competent departments or documented by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies for the purpose of litigation evidence, and are exchanged as insured or declared value packages, or used as insured packages for medicine or scientific research, and approved by the delivery bureau, this restriction does not apply.

7. Obscene and indecent documents or items. However, if it is certified in writing by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies for the purpose of litigation evidence, it is not subject to this restriction to send registered letters or parcels to each other.

8. A document or item that is prohibited from entering the destination.

9. The relevant regulatory authorities in Taiwan prohibit the sale and manufacture of documents or items. However, if it is certified in writing by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies for the purpose of litigation evidence, it is not subject to this restriction to send registered letters or parcels to each other.

10. Lottery tickets and advertising flyers related to lottery tickets. However, if it is certified in writing by judicial authorities or judicial police agencies for the purpose of litigation evidence, it is not subject to this restriction to send registered letters or parcels to each other.

11. Other prohibited items as stipulated by laws and regulations.
