2. Supplementary information

Go to the "Member Center" page, find "International Forwarding" - "Submit Order", confirm and click to supplement the information of the pre shipment goods. Be sure to enter the correct and valid logistics tracking number and confirm submission.

Tips:

At present, Jiyun provides 180 days of free warehousing management service. For goods/packages that have arrived in the warehouse for more than 180 days and have not yet contacted 123BUY for further processing Jiyun Cat will assume that the user has abandoned the goods and authorize the goods/packages to be handled separately by Jiyun Cat. Please pay attention to submitting the waybill in a timely manner to avoid losses.
