If the package is shipped to our warehouse first but the order has not been submitted on our website or the logistics information has not been completed in a timely manner, we will first sign for it and keep it as an abnormal item (it will be destroyed after 60 days) until you submit the order and fill in the logistics information (shipping tracking number), then we can help you find the corresponding package for storage. After storage, you can view the product in "My Warehouse".

Kind reminder:

1. We usually handle abnormal items at two time points every day, 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you have just completed the logistics information, please pay attention to the inventory status after these two time points;

2. Please follow the correct process to submit your order on our website for the next package transfer. Once it is approved, please send it to our company and complete the logistics information in the order to avoid delayed inspection and inability to ship overseas. Please be aware!
